Deep releasing and clearing anything in the way of love. For example we worked on:
Any hurt, pain, guilt, sadness or shame around love we release with ease and grace
A lot of shadow healing came up in this session! When we heal our shadows we allow more light and love to come through.
Inner child healing around love and to feel super safe and supported to receive. We went deep on both Inner child and Inner teenager healing. We worked on the super stubborn parts that were either angry, hurt, shut down and not allowing love in. We helped these parts to feel safe to open back up.
We also do deep healing to open up to receive love for both the inner masculine and feminine. Again some of the super stubborn parts came to the surface ready to allow love again. They just needed to be witnessed with lots of love, compassion and to feel safe to let go.
Inner masculine healing around love and all the internalized anger/hurt/trauma around receiving and allowing love. We also heal parts of the inner masculine that numbs out and avoids emotions and love.
Inner feminine healing around love. We do similar for the inner feminine. We heal deep rage and anger within the inner feminine around the suppression and repression of divine feminine energy.
A lot of releasing of old templates around both the masculine and feminine around feeling safe and allowing the natural flow of divine love between both of them.
We worked on the inner controller. The parts of us that can be very controlling which blocks love. We brought awareness to the parts that can be unconsciously and consciously trying to control other people as well as external situations and outcomes. We helped this part to feel safe to release control and allow the divine love to flow through. To feel safe without having to control and put up all the walls.
We did healing on our inner judger / inner critic. The part of us that can be really mean or judgmental as a way to protect from getting hurt again. It's like putting up walls or shields. So we help this part to feel safe to allow love and to be vulnerable.
We worked on healing any parts of us that may be running away or avoiding love. The parts of that can be avoidant and all the different ways we can numb out to love and our true desires and emotions.
We also worked on the parts of us that are scared of love and all the walls and wounds around that. We went really deep in feeling safe to heal the deep wounds and feel safe to open back up to bigger and more expansive divine love that is meant for you.
We released a lot anger resentment fear from past relationships around love. Holding on to anger and resentment impact our abilities to give and receive deep divine love.
We released a lot of shame and guilt from the past. From childhood, from family and ancestors etc. Carrying shame and guilt is very heavy and can prevent from feeling worthy and deserving of big love.
We do a lot of healing on family and ancestral wounds around love. We strengthen connection to divine mother earth and your ancestors. To allow the divine love to flow through both your mother and father ancestral lines for everyone connected to your lines including you to receive
